My career has always lived at the intersection of business, leadership and science. I started on the commercial side of the diagnostics and life science industry, spending seventeen years in sales, marketing, and management with Abbott Diagnostics, Chiron, Bayer Healthcare Diagnostics, DAKO, and Bacterial Barcodes. Those years gave me a real understanding of how companies operate from early scientific development through commercialization, regulatory pathways, and clinical adoption. That experience continues to shape how I evaluate leadership talent and how I partner with clients today.

In 2012, I founded CSearchGroup to build a search practice that blends industry knowledge with long-term relationships and a straightforward, collaborative approach. My network runs deep, with many relationships created before 2000, strengthened through decades of field work, working side by side with leaders across the industry and attending key conferences.

Today I serve as the President of CSearchGroup, the Managing Partner of EMA Partners Atlanta|CSearchGroup, and the Practice Leader for Life Sciences and Healthcare for EMA Partners North America. This role brings together everything I value: deep sector knowledge, trust built over many years and the responsibility of helping organizations bring on leaders who can truly move the business forward.

My work spans diagnostics, genomics, molecular pathology, precision medicine, drug discovery, bioprocessing, and cell and gene therapy, along with the growing intersections of AI, machine learning, and digital health. Joining EMA Partners expanded our reach even further. With more than 240 consultants in more than 40 global offices, we now deliver the personal attention of a boutique executive search firm and the capability of a global platform that also covers AI, data, cloud, IT, and adjacent technical markets.

My philosophy is simple. Executive search is not about filling a role. It is about strengthening the leadership capacity of an organization. I work directly with boards, investors, founders, and executive teams to ensure every placement aligns with long-term strategy and culture.
